GET FLAT STOMACH FAST.

Flat stomach is a dream for every girl. Some of them get flat stomach while some are those who do not know what to do and how to do. So i am here to help those girls. If you want to get flat tummy than the first step to realising that it's gonna take some hard work. I am not gonna share a miracle thing everything takes time. There are few tips which help you to tone your belly fast. you will see and feel difference even in one week. Just follow these exercises and tips to get flat stomach.


EXERCISE PLAN.

                         Exercise is an important thing. It's gonna take a hard work. You have to work hard and you  will see difference within a week. I am gonna share a week plan.

     pull your body in plank position, keep you body straight and then lower you body onto elbows. hold yourself in that position for 60 seconds and repeat it 5 times a day.




hold yourself in the same position now use you one elbow and make yourself straight, hold yourself in that position for 60 seconds and try to pulse your hips. Do the same with your other hand.


                                             


crunches are oldie but goodie, they always help you to get flat stomach. Now in this lay yourself onto ground, bend your knees and put your feet flat on ground. Take breath and lift your shoulders off the ground. Do 15 crunches, and then repeat it again. Do it twice a day.




Now times for v-hold. Lay on the ground and then lift your beck and legs off the ground to hold yourself in v-position. keep yourself in that position for 15 seconds and then lay down again then do the same and lay down, repeat it 10 times a day without taking any break.


                                             


Put you body in that position and then windmill your arm around the opposite side. Do 15 reps per side and do the same with your other hand. Do it twice a day.



                                              


 It's time for the last and the best part. lay on the ground with hands behind your ears. Lift your right shoulder off the ground and move it to left and do the same with left shoulder. Do it for 10 minutes and repeat it twice a day. 

YOUR FOOD PLAN.

Stick to this eating plan for one week and then you will see difference yourself. Okey so now let's get start.

DAY 1 BREAKFAST. 
                          Make omelette with 3 egg whites and add 75gm pepper in it and a full hand of spanish.

MID-MORNING SNACK.
                         Eat 100gm chicken with 1/2 red pepper.

LUNCH.
        Take one grillled chicken breast and mix salad leaves, red pepper, green beans and one teaspoon of olive oil.

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK.
           Take 100gm turkey breast with one cucumber.

DINNER.
        Now time for dinner,  now eat 100gm chicken breast with steam broccoli.

follow that diet plane for a week, drink alot of water avoid from junk food,drinks, salt. you can also add some veggies in salad and some fruits but keep in mind try to avoid from sweet/sugery fruits. suger increase fat. Just follow these diet plan and that exercise plan, if you follow them properly then it can be the fastest way for you to get flat tummy. feel free to ask any question related to health and don't forget to give us feedback...
