How To Get Glowing Skin

So guys, today I am going to tell you how to get glowing skin. Clear skin is a sign of youth, good health and vitality.One thing you will note in every star is his/her glowing and healthy skin. Stars like Jessica Biel, Justin Bieber and Emma Stone, everybody has got a healthy and glowing skin. It is totally possible to get and maintain healthy, glowing skin. So, here are some best tips to make your skin good looking, healthy and glowing.

How To Get healthy and Glowing Skin

 DIET                                                                                                                                            

Supply of healthy food is the best way of getting glowing skin. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat carrots and eggs, they contain vitamin A, which can protect your skin from damages. Eat healthy food, take salate but avoid eating junk foods like burger, pizza, drinks etc. Avoid foods cause oil on face and that oil cause acnes.                                                                                                                      


EXERCISE                                                                                                                                       


Exercise is another thing which can make your skin glowing and healthy. Morning exercise is the best. Exercise increase circulation and oxygen to your skin cells and make your complexion glow. You can also do exercise at home. Do crunches, push up, pull up. Push ups and pull ups can also make your arms bigger. Morning walk is also good for us.                                                                                                      


HYDRATION                                                                                                                                


Proper hydration skin is one of the basic care of your skin. Always keep yourself hydrated. Drink alot of water, take about 10 to 12 glasses per day or more. Because water will reduce toxins from your skin. Dry skin can cause fine lines wrinkles etc, but properly hydrated skin looks plump and dewy.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     


SLEEP                                                                                                                                    


One of the best skin care every women should need is proper rest. Sleep atleast 7 to 8 hour daily. It is also good for us. Changing your pillow case every seven days is also a good idea for attaining a healthy complexion. Dead skin cells, body oils, and face lotion residuals can accumulate on your pillowcase and clog your pores.                                                                                                                                                   


PREVENTION                                                                                         



Prevention is the most important thing you need to do to get glowing skin. Wash your face twice or thrice a day with facewash. Use creams to make our skin hydrated. Apply sun block cream before going outside. It can prevent your skin from UVA and UVB. Use some natural masks once in a week. Too much use of mask can damage your skin. '' too much of good can bad for you''.

  1. I would love to get clear skin. Right now my skin still break out here and there so I don't know if it is because of what I eat or not enough sleep or all of the above. But this article was great, I should try to do all of those instead of just one or the other.

    1. try to do all of those, and sometimes dryness cause breakout put oily lotion or cream on ur face and try to keep urself aways from sun light, thank you for ur comment keep visiting..

    2. Yes, I will try doing that especially with the cold wind blowing against my face my face gets really dry. I put on lotion every night and every morning I wake up. I clean my face every night and every morning. Do you think I am "overcleaning" my face?

  8. Thank you for these helpful tips! I didn't understand how sleeping may help to make my skin looks better? Maybe it may help to our overall health? I think we need to supply all the vitamins to our body. I noticed also that after swimming in the sea, my skin looks much better.

    1. Actually while sleeping metabolic rate increases to replenish dead cells from the surface of your skin.
      Yeah it happens after taking shower or swimming in cold water make your skin look better but it actually dnt have any benefit..
