WEIGHT GAIN

Weight gain is gain in muscle mass and body fat. According to study, more than 50 % of people are over weight or obese in united states. For themselves I have written an article about Weight lose. And this articles is for them who is thin.


How to gain weight: The following things you have to do for gaining your weight.
  • Calories: Take 400 to 500 more calories than you take usually.
  • Carbohydrates: Eat carbohydrate rich food.
  • Proteins: Proteins are really a body builder, so eat more proteins, it will build your muscles.
  • Fats: Fats have a very high energy level from fats you can gain weight very fast. But I would not suggest you to eat lots of fat, eat just 20% of fats. It's okay.
  • Milk: Milk is necessary for good health whether you are gaining weight or not. But for gaining weight it would be very better for you to take milk. Some people gain weight by just drinking milk, milk & milk... so I'll suggest you to take milk at least two times a day.
  • Bananas, dates and milk: Make milkshake by mixing bananas and dates in milk.
  • Bodybuilding: Go to gym and lift weight it will build your muscles and give a structure to them.


These above tips will help you to gain weight.
